Shipping Policy
1. Processing Time
Ajanta Shoes shall process and dispatch orders within 1–3 (one to three) business days from the date of order confirmation.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
Ajanta Shoes estimates delivery within 7–10 (seven to ten) working days, depending on the destination pin code. Delays may occur due to weekends, public holidays, strikes, or unforeseen courier disruptions.
3. Responsibility Post-Dispatch
Ajanta Shoes shall not be liable for any delay, loss, or non-delivery of products once the consignment has been handed over to the courier company. Customers are advised to monitor the shipment directly with the tracking number provided.
4. Non-Delivery Scenarios
If a shipment is undelivered due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the consignment may be returned to Ajanta Shoes. Any re-shipping charges shall be borne by the customer.
5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Upon dispatch, Ajanta Shoes shall send a Shipment Confirmation email containing the tracking number and courier partner details to the customer's registered email address. Customers may use the tracking number to monitor delivery status directly on the courier’s website.
