1. Mode of Refund
All approved refunds shall be issued exclusively in the form of Store Credit, redeemable against future purchases from Ajanta Shoes' official online store. No monetary (cash or bank transfer) refunds shall be provided. The refund shall exclude original shipping charges and any applicable payment gateway fees.
2. Refund Processing Timeline
Upon successful receipt and inspection of the returned product at Ajanta Shoes' warehouse, the Store Credit shall be issued within 5–7 (five to seven) business days.
3. Non-Store Refunds
Complaints or refund requests pertaining to online purchases shall not be entertained at Ajanta Shoes' offline retail outlets unless explicitly directed by Ajanta Shoes' Consumer Care department.
4. Finality of Decision
Ajanta Shoes reserves sole discretion to determine the eligibility of any return or refund. All decisions made by Ajanta Shoes in this regard shall be final, binding, and conclusive.
